Jackson-Jackson & Associates was asked to design a new 4,000 sq. ft. bank building in Shenandoah, IA, known as The First National Bank. The bank was designed to accept future additions and included 2 drive-up banking lanes and 1 ATM drive-up lane. The bank experienced significant growth and therefore, our firm was asked to design a 1,560 sq. ft. addition in 2015. The addition included a relocated conference room, additional offices, and an employee lounge. The style of architecture and building materials were replicated and the site will still allow for future growth. Parking lots and driveways were originally designed and master planned to accept future additions to the building, as expected bank growth occurred.
