This facility represents the second branch bank in Columbus for Cornerstone Bank headquartered in York, Nebraska. The building consisted of 1,800 sq. ft., had a welcoming lobby with waiting area and an abundance of natural light, loan office with conference table, two stand-up tellers, one set-down teller for ADA accessibility and three drive-up lanes - one with an ATM, and night depository. The addition to this building over doubled the sized of the bank, and relocated the main entrance from the west side of the building to the south. It enlarged the lobby space, added more offices and storage, and upgraded the restrooms. This branch, located on HWY 30, serves the east half of Columbus and provides a sustainable and visible image for Cornerstone Bank in this part of Columbus. Visual appeal, easy site access and customer convenience make this a successful project.
