The Municipal Housing Authority wanted to freshen up the main entry of Regal Tower, as well as reconfigure the executive offices off of the main lobby. This canopy received new masonry that wrapped the existing columns, as well as new prefinished fascia metal. The lobby received new carpet, ceiling tiles, and mechanical and electrical upgrades to lighten up and improve the comfort of the space. The executive office space was broken up in individual offices to meet the client's requirements, with all new finishes and mechanical and electrical.
