This project consisted of a 9,500 sq. ft. addition to an existing   22,500 sq. ft. building that was originally used as Universal Technical Institute and now to be used as Wilson Alternative Middle School. The project consisted of fourteen classrooms, an industrial technology instruction area with shop, media center, administrative space, gymnasium and multi-purpose room with a serving kitchen. Building safety was upgraded with the inclusion of two tornado storm shelters. The facility is designed to provide more one-on-one learning experiences for students unable to cope with the normal learning environments.
