It also has sliding glass doors on the north side which lead to a patio area and the courtyard, which is enclosed by the manor's units. The manor presently includes three duplex units, one single-bed unit and the community building. Each unit contains a kitchen, utility area, bedroom, bathroom and combination dining and living room. The duplexes have 850 sq. ft. of space. The single unit has 700 sq. ft. of space. Funds for this retirement housing project were donated to the community by a retired music teacher.
